Q: Can I pay a deposit now, and the rest later?

A:

All bookings must be accompanied by a non refundable deposit. £50 per person (travelling by coach & ferry) or £100 per person (travelling by air). A deposit will secure your place, with the balance of the payment due no later than 8 weeks before departure.

Q: Do I need to partake in all excursions?

A:

If you do not want to take part in all excursions included as part of your tour then please inform your tour manager. As all tours are pre booked you cannot be refunded for any payable excursions you cannot partake in.

Q: How can I book my Travel Solutions Holiday?

A:

You can book online here on our website - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To book directly with a member of the Travel Solutions team you can call 028 9045 5030 (ROI 048 9045 5030).

You can call into our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm and on Saturdays 10.00am – 1.00pm.

You can call into your local travel agent who will be pleased to make the booking on your behalf.

Q: How can I pay for my Holiday?

A:

If booking your holiday online you can pay for your holiday using a debit/credit card.

You can call into our office to book and pay by cash/cheque or card.

Please note that all credit card payments carry a 3% transaction fee.

If paying by cheque, please make it payable to Travel Solutions Trust Account. Your booking will be held for up to 7 days to allow time for postage.

Q: Is insurance included in my package?

A:

Travel Solutions do not include travel insurance in with their packages. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance in place before travelling. You can purchase travel insurance via the Travel Shop on this website, or you can go to any insurance provider of your choice.

Q: What happens to my money if Travel Solutions stop operating?

A:

Travel Solutions complies with the current European Union Package Holiday Act, offering financial protection to our clients, with a Client Trust Account administered by an independent accountant. In the unlikely event that Travel Solutions ceases to trade, your payments are protected to pay for existing travel arrangements, or to be promptly refunded.

All tours involving flights are protected under our UK Government ATOL Licence.

Q: What security is on the Travel Solutions website?

A:

All payments made through www.travel-solutions.co.uk are protected by Verisign. You will see the Verisign Trust Seal on our website. This shows our web site has passed a daily malware scan and you are safe to buy via the Travel Solutions Site.

Q: What will my coach be like?

A:

All coaches departing Northern Ireland are luxuriously appointed with video/stereo, high back reclining seats, air conditioning and WC, providing comfort and convenience for our full range of tours.

When using coaches from other parts of the United Kingdom or in the continent, we will always use reputable suppliers; however, vehicles may vary in style and facilities. 

We operate a strict no smoking / no alcohol policy onboard all coaches.

Q: When do I receive my paperwork?

A:

You will receive a booking confirmation and invoice upon your initial booking via email or print. You will receive your final joining instructions approx 14 days before departure.

Q: When will I meet my tour manager?

A:

For trips by coach, you will meet your tour manager at your pick up point.

For trip by air, you will meet your tour manager at your departure airport.
