We currently wish to recruit for the following positions.
CUSTOMER CARE TEAM – FULL TIME
Winners of best travel trade support in 2017, our Customer Care Team is the voice of Travel Solutions. You will handle calls from the public and the trade, offering advice and closing sales across our complete product range. You must be able to work under pressure and at the same time offer the highest level of service. You will be part of a team who help each other, and we expect nothing less. The successful appointee will have industry experience and a working knowledge on Amadeus would be preferred.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT – FULL TIME
We are looking for someone who has an eye for new product ideas and can develop them from an early stage to going on sale through a wide range of distribution channels. You will be capable of building relationships with existing and new suppliers and ensuring our holiday product meets the standards our customers expect. You will have an eye for detail and understand the importance of deadlines. Creating copy and deciding how product features in print and on-line will be a major part of the role. Applicants will need to demonstrate their experience.
MARKETING EXECUTIVE – FULL TIME
Our marketing team make the telephones ring and the on-line booking system ‘click’. You will work across all our distributions channels, working with our media and travel agency partners to ensure they maximise exposure for our range of products. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of a range of marketing activities to grow B2B and B2C sales. You will be expected to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and help meet deadlines. Experience of InDesign and someone who is social media ‘savvy’ will be an advantage.
All positions are full time and located at our offices in East Belfast.
