We wish to recruit for the following positions:
CUSTOMER CARE TEAM
You will be the first point of contact with our customers and agents, offering the highest level of service in response to telephone, email and social media enquiries. Experience in packaging short break holidays and knowledge in GDS operation will be an advantage. This is a full time position with additional Saturday hours on rota.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT – UK, Ireland and Northern Europe
To manage existing coach & fly/coach product and to create new tour programmes to meet our customers’ high expectations. You will take responsibility for planning new itineraries, contracting hotel and visitor attractions and creating copy for brochure and online activity. You will have a commercial awareness and the ability to work to deadlines. Inspection visits will be part of this role.
Home working may be suitable for the right person.
SOUTH AFRICA SPECIALIST SALES – ESCORTED & FIT
The ‘soft’ launch of our South Africa programme has proved successful and we now wish to recruit a dedicated SA team member to grow business to this exciting destination. We need someone who has existing knowledge of this region and is prepared to work closely with our suppliers through regular contact, attending trade shows and visiting the region to develop opportunities. You will understand the importance of meeting customers’ expectations – both direct and trade – and will have the commercial awareness to identify opportunities to increase revenue.
COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE (maternity cover – 12 month contract)
We require an executive to maintain and strengthen relationships with our media partners to ensure maximum exposure for our product range. It is important that you have an eye for detail, be able to work to deadlines and understand the importance of return on investment.
