4* Ramada, Solihull Hotel
Known locally as The George the hotel is situated at the end of the high street, opposite the historic St Alphege Church & Touchwood Shopping Centre. The hotel gives you excellent access to all the facilities of the town and the many businesses located locally.
The historical building has maintained its original features, including exposed beams and a timber-framed façade. All rooms have en suite facilities, a flat-screen TV and work desk. Some have views of the bowling green, and all offer tea and coffee making facilities.
Traditional and international dishes are served in George’s Restaurant and Bar, and guests can enjoy specialty Indian cuisine homemade on site.

You meet your coach and travel to Larne to join the early morning ferry crossing to Cairnryan. On arrival, you continue to your hotel in Solihull with comfort stops en-route, arriving early evening just in time to relax before your evening meal.
Today you travel to the typical Cotswold villages of Chipping Camden and Broadway often referred to as the ‘Jewel of the Cotswolds’, to enjoy some free time. Afterwards you will travel to Winchcombe Station to take a journey back in time on a vintage train to Cheltenham the most complete Regency town in Britain and one of the few English towns in which traditional and contemporary architecture complement each other. Later that day you will join your coach and return to your hotel.
After breakfast, you will travel to the riverside market town of Tewksbury, a thriving town and at the same time is a living museum of architecture and social history spanning over 500 years where you can enjoy some free time before travelling through the pretty village of Burton-on-the-Water towards Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare. Here you are free at leisure to explore, why not visit the house where the world’s most famous playwright was born and grew up, or discover the world famous Anne Hathaway’s Cottage (both payable locally).
You depart your hotel and travel to Cairnryan to join the evening ferry crossing to Larne with comfort stops en-route. On arrival, you return to your original joining point.
