The Shap Wells Hotel
The Shap Wells Hotel is located some of the finest breathtaking scenery and is ideally located to explore the Lake District.
The hotel facilities include a bar, restaurant, lounge and a gym.
All rooms include an en suite, tea/coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone and a television.
Day 1:
You meet your coach and travel to Larne to join the early morning ferry crossing to Cairnryan, stopping off en route, and arriving at your hotel late afternoon.
Day 2:
Today you travel to Kendal with free time to explore, before travelling to the pretty village of Hawkshead. Your day will end in Keswick, with free time to explore the renowned Saturday market.
Day 3:
This morning after breakfast, you travel to Haverthwaite to board the steam train for a delightful 20 minute journey to Lakeside. On arrival, you will join the 90 minute Lake Windermere ferry cruise to Ambleside, England’s largest natural lake. To end a wonderful day you will have free time in Bowness, the most popular holiday resort in the Lake District.
Day 4:
You depart your hotel and travel to the popular town of Grasmere before travelling to Cairnryan. On arrival in Larne, you return to your original joining point.
