Travel Restrictions (COVID-19) – Update on our Policies

 

We understand that customers may be  apprehensive about travelling at this time; be assured we are monitoring the situation on a daily basis.

 

 

Travel Solutions operate, as applicable, within the guidelines issued by the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office and the ROI Dept. of Foreign Affairs and we will cancel travel should they advise against all but essential travel.

 

 

Our promise is this. Should your holiday be cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.

 

 

We are not able to offer refunds when your travel arrangements continue to operate, but we may be able to change your holiday to a later date. Please note , this may result in an increase to the original price paid.

 

 

However, please note that if you fail to pay your balance, your holiday will cancel, and you will incur cancellation fees.

 

 

As restrictions are subject to change at anytime, it is  important to speak with your travel agent or with one of our Customer Care Team on 02890 455 030 as early as possible, and certainly when your balance is due.
