Please be aware that attending the Grand Prix will involve a significant amount of standing and walking, as well as potentially climbing numerous steps. A good level of fitness is therefore required.

Price (£) based on 3 nights, Bed & Breakfast, 2 persons sharing a double room. Subject to availability. Pay to hotel on arrival cost – £5.89 (€6.60 1.12 conversion rate as of 25 October 2026). This cost may be subject to change due to rate fluctuation and hotel fees changing.

Day 1: Departure to Budapest
On arrival at Dublin Airport, Terminal 1, please meet your Tour Manager at the Lufthansa check-in desk no later than 2.5 hours before departure.
Upon arrival at Budapest Airport, your Tour Manager will meet you in the baggage reclaim area, and you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Budapest for check-in.
The remainder of the evening is yours to enjoy at leisure — take some time to relax or begin exploring the beautiful city of Budapest at your own pace.

Day 2: F1 Practice & Qualifying – Hungaroring
After an early breakfast, depart by coach to the Hungaroring for an exciting day of Formula 1 practice sessions and the all-important qualifying round. At the end of the day, the coach will return you to your hotel in Budapest.

Grand Prix tickets will be distributed by the Tour Manager on the coach.
Your Tour Manager will also confirm all meeting points and timings throughout the day.

Day 3: Formula 1 Race Day – Hungaroring
After an early breakfast, board the coach for your transfer to the Hungaroring, where you’ll experience the main event of the weekend – Formula 1 Race Day.

Grand Prix tickets will be distributed by the Tour Manager on the coach.
Your Tour Manager will also confirm all meeting points and timings throughout the day.

Following the excitement of the race, the coach will return you to your hotel in Budapest.

Day 4: Departure
After breakfast this morning, you will check out of your hotel and be transferred to Budapest Airport for your return flight to Dublin Airport. Your departure time and transfer meeting point will be confirmed by your Tour Manager.
As your Hungarian Grand Prix experience comes to an end, you’ll head home with wonderful memories of an exciting weekend of racing and unforgettable experiences in Budapest.
