Itinerary
Day 1 Journey to West Cork. Meet your coach at your selected pick-up point and begin your journey south towards the beautiful landscapes of West Cork. We’ll make comfort stops en-route before arriving in the late afternoon at the Clonakilty Park Hotel, located just outside the historic town of Clonakilty. After check-in, take time to relax and freshen up before enjoying dinner at the hotel.
Day 2 Blarney Castle & Kinsale. After breakfast (departure time confirmed by your Tour Manager), board your coach for a visit to the world-famous Blarney Castle and Gardens. Explore the beautiful grounds and, if you wish, kiss the legendary Blarney Stone to receive the “gift of eloquence.”
Later, we continue to the charming medieval town of Kinsale, often referred to as the Gourmet Capital of Ireland. Enjoy some free time to explore its winding streets, historic architecture, and lively cafés before returning to the hotel for dinner and a relaxed evening.
Day 3 Cork City & Titanic Trail in Cobh. Following breakfast, we depart for a day exploring Cork City, the second largest city in Ireland. You’ll have the morning free to discover the city’s rich culture, independent shops, and food markets at your own pace. In the afternoon, we head to the historic seaport town of Cobh, where you’ll enjoy a Titanic Trail Guided Walking Tour (approx. 60–70 minutes). Cobh, formerly known as Queenstown, was the final port of call for the RMS Titanic. Many of the original buildings and piers from 1912 still stand today, offering a hauntingly authentic glimpse into history. Afterwards, we return to the hotel to relax before dinner.
Day 4 Garnish Island and Bantry. After breakfast (departure time confirmed by your Tour Manager), we travel to Glengarriff, where a short scenic boat ride takes us to Garnish Island — a small, tranquil island renowned for its beautifully manicured gardens and breathtaking views. Enjoy time to explore the island at your leisure before we continue along the scenic coastline to visit the coastal town of Bantry before returning to the hotel for your final night’s stay and dinner.
Day 5 Homeward Bound. After a final breakfast and check-out, we bid farewell to the captivating region of West Cork. Relax and enjoy the journey home aboard your coach, with comfort stops along the way, returning to your original pick-up point.
