We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Admin/ticketing assistant!

 

Travel Solutions is Northern Irelands leading tour operator, offering a wide range of travel and holiday product.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Day to day administration of company  Ticketing & Admin functions to ensure absolute accuracy and timely delivery of all Customer facing documentation
  • Liaise  with company suppliers ( Airlines, Accommodation Providers, Coach Companies etc )
  • Data Entry, Paperwork, filing, scanning, printing functions to support multiple product areas
  • Any other duties as required to fulfill Company needs.

 

Essential Criteria:

 

The ideal candidate will be/have

 

  • 1+ years’ experience in a busy office environment, used to working to strict deadlines, some travel experience would be desired
  • Strong organisational skills, communicative skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Customer focused, self-motivated, hardworking and driven team player,
  • IT literate and with a degree of working knowledge of all Microsoft programmes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident, positive and energetic individual
