Itinerary

DAY 1

Meet your coach at your selected pick-up point and travel to Dublin Port to join the early morning sailing to Holyhead. On arrival in Holyhead, we travel to our hotel making a stop en-route to visit Conwy Town a world heritage site with an imposing thirteenth-century castle and walls. Admire Conwy’s quaint harbour and the revolutionary Telford suspension bridge before continuing the journey to your hotel in Caernarfon. On arrival check-in to your hotel and relax and freshen up before dinner.

DAY 2

Today after breakfast join your coach, as we travel to visit the popular seaside town of Llandudno with its two sandy beaches and original Victorian features enjoy some free time to explore before re-joining your coach to travel to visit Bodnant Foods. Opened in 2012, the vast centre is a development of traditional 18th century farm buildings and includes a bakery, dairy, and extensive farm shop all with a firm focus on locally sourced produce, ingredients, and gifts. Afterwards we will visit the pretty village of Betws-y-Coed, before making our way back to our hotel to relax and freshen up before dinner.

DAY 3

This morning, join your coach, as we experience the highs and lows of Snowdonia National Park. Begin the day with a journey on the narrow gauge Llanberis Lake Railway. Following time at leisure, take a trip on the Snowdon Mountain Railway and savour the breath-taking views from the summit. Afterwards re-join your coach and return to your hotel for dinner.

DAY 4

After breakfast, join your coach, travel to visit the unique village of Portmeirion. Nestled between the Dwyryd estuary and the majestic Snowdonia mountains, Portmeirion Village is a wonder to behold. With vistas in every direction and endless pathways to explore, you’ll be transported into a dreamlike world, full of surprises. Discover the lovely, terraced gardens, picturesque village, and shops. Whatever you choose to do whilst visiting Portmeirion, you’re guaranteed an unforgettably unique experience. Afterwards return to Caernarfon to enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

DAY 5

This morning after breakfast and checking out, join your coach as we make our way back to the port of Holyhead with a comfort stop en-route to visit the cathedral city of Bangor to enjoy some free time to explore before re-joining your coach to make your way back to Holyhead to join the afternoon ferry crossing to Dublin Port. On arrival, you return to your original joining point.
